Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect purchases, or used/opened products.

Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that accidents can occasionally occur during shipping.

Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the shipping package (if applicable)
After reviewing the information provided, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Requests submitted without supporting photos may not be eligible for compensation.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a confirmed damaged/defective product.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind
Personal scent preferences
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging
Normal wear and tear after use
Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling
Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
