Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, customs inspections, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders $30+
- Orders under $30: $3 shipping per item
- Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout
Free shipping is applied before taxes and discounts, based on the final order subtotal.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at collab@uprimeglobal.com.
Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.
For packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as missing, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and local authorities if necessary.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
After review and approval, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
